1 | 19 Dec 2025 (Fri), 9am | Secondary One Posting Results | All students posted to Northbrooks Secondary School are enrolled automatically. No registration is required. |
2 | 19 Dec 2025 -9 Jan 2026 | Sales of books & uniform | Books and uniforms can be purchased online between 19 to 26 Dec 2025. Parents/guardians may also choose to purchase in school. To avoid congestion, different student groups have been allocated different days to purchase books & uniform. Posting Group 3: Posting Groups 1 & 2: All Posting Groups: Note: There is no sales on weekends, public holidays, 24, 29-31 Dec 2025 To meet demand, we will be continuing the sale of books and uniforms onsite on 2 January and 5–9 January 2026. Students can purchase books from bookshop and uniform from AVA during recess. Parents can come in to school between 12pm-3pm on these dates. Parents are not allowed to wait in school after making purchases. Parking is not allowed in the school compound. Please park at the nearest public carpark. 3 | 24 Dec 2025 (Wed), 12pm | Appeal for transfer | For transfer NOT based on medical reason, please submit your appeal by 24 Dec 2025 (Wed), 12pm. For transfer based on medical reason, please file your appeal at the posted secondary school by 22 Dec 2025 (Mon), 12pm. Click on appeal for school transfer for more information. Successful applicants will be informed from 7 Jan 2026 (Wed) onwards. |
4 | 24 Dec 2025 (Wed), 12pm | Acceptance to take subject(s) at a more demanding level | Offers to take subject(s) at a more demanding level will be sent to eligible students via Parents' Gateway (PG). Parents/guardians are to accept the offer via PG by the deadline. Click on Full Subject Based Banding (FSBB) for more details. |
5 | 26 Dec 2025 (Fri), 2pm | Acceptance to take Higher Mother Tongue (HMT) | Offers to take HMT will be sent to eligible students via Parents' Gateway (PG). Parents/guardians are to accept the offer via PG by the deadline. Click on HMT for more details. |
6 | 26 Dec 2025 (Fri), 2pm | Exemption from Mother Tongue (MT) | Please email Ms Loh Mew Chew (HOD MTL) at Loh_Mew_Chew@schools.gov.sg with supporting documents. Click on Exemption from MT for more details. |
7 | 26 Dec 2025 (Fri), 2pm | New Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) application | Parents/guardians can submit new FAS applications via PG (under Services >> Financial Assistance) Or submit via FASonline form. |
